Easy website to navigate. A pleasure to deal with. Thank you.
Delivery was several days late - "due to weather conditions" according to the website. Not buying it.
The product did not display correct lead time from website. This made us call customer service who had a hard time answering our questions quickly and correctly. The products eventually shipped but were missing trace documentation/ certifications.
You had what I needed in stock. Gotta love that.
Good product, but smaller than expected. Child's hat barely fit 6 yo. Did not contact sky geek because did not have time to exchange and worried adult size would be too large.
Well organized site; disappointed my item was backordered. Communication was often - a welcome tactic. Delivery actually was earlier than the initial estimates.
Shipping is a source of profit for some. If it is for you, I won't be back:-)
