Had what I was looking for at a reasonable price

I ordered products April 1st, told they would be shipping APril 16th. Since then, every few days i receive a new email with a new ship date (April 14th, April 18th, April 28th, now May 9th). I am not impressed with this as we ordered based on the fact that it would ship within 2 weeks of ordering. This is beyond frustrating.

I have waited since April 16 for my grease... It was delivered today to Burlington Wisconsin. I live in Florida. The shipping address in my order is Florida.

I tried to make the 5% off within 10 min time but was too rushed to make sure my order was correct; good idea, but customers feel rushed. My want to consider an if/then approach. Like "if items in cart within 10-min are bought within 1-hr, then 5% discount.
