Always a fantastic experience!

The product was delayed and when we called to get a tracking # the service rep was very rude. We will not be ordering again.

I had an issue with my order and with the operation of the Sky Geeks website. I provided detailed feedback to Sky Geeks in a standard survey form. Much to my surprise, they actually read my survey comments and resolved all of my issues. I am pleasantly surprised and have become a strong supporter of the Sky Geeks business based on their attention to detail and their quick resolution of any issues raised.

I was very happy with the customer service and speed of delivery with my recent order. I needed singular tubes of grease, not a whole case. The price was the lowest anywhere also. I will definately order from sky geek again.
