Reliable Service!

Though we are extremely satisfied with the experience, we would like bring out one issue which needs to be addressed. If the number of lines are more, we are unable to get quotes for these lines and we have to individually select items to get the quote which is time consuming. We would like to have a provision in the website or a mail id to upload larger number of lines at a time.

The product was easily identifiable on the site and the process was quick and easy. Delivery was within 4 days and complete. Excellent.

Had been looking all over the net for this item.your add popped up and I ordered it immediately. It more than satisfied my expectations.

The item was backordered but came sooner than I expected

Despite several emails to your customer care department nothing was done to correct the wrong parcel information label attached to parcel asking me to pay four times the customs charges that it should have been.

In the end I had to pay customs charges on $350.52 although the price of goods was $96.68

I was searching the web and saw your website and I decided to shop with you and the product availability and price were better than the other sites selling this product. I also worked on aircraft, A6E TRAM Intruder, for 18 years. Knowing that you support Aviation brought back good memories.
