I would suggest better packaging. The power unit was loose in the box which caused wear to the front switch and face of the unit. Otherwise, a positive experience.

As with ALL online purchases I think the freight charges are high in cost. Otherwise the price and product choices are some of the best I have found.
I had to create an 'optional' account to ship my item. Not so optional. I tried to call. Website says that you are "here to help" but just got a recording after being on hold for less than a minute for a call back.

I had to call Skygeek to make sure I was ordering the correct MIL spec product. The individual I spoke with was very helpful. They were able to provide me with pricing, lead time, how many units were in stock, and how long it would take to get more if they were to run out. I did not have to hold for a lengthy time or go through a horrific phone system. The reason I call full service organizations is to have them handle what they do best and leave me time to do what I do best. If I have to spend excessive time, I will look elsewhere. I am getting ready to place a third order with Skygeek.

I've always been pleased with Skygeeks Inventory, pricing, delivery time and ease of navigation on the website. This is the first negative experience I've ever had with this company. I ordered what was described as a Tronair air chuck P/N:H-2016-07. I paid over $92.00 for this air chuck. With the expectation of receiving a tool worthy of a $92.00 price tag. What I received was a tool sold by AMFLO, made in China and retailing on Amazon for less than $10.00. I paid that price exorbitant price, because I need a tire inflating chuck that can handle at least 300 PSI of nitrogen for the aircraft I work on.
