Warning. This company has many officers which are Masons who targeting to eliminate specific people. And the way they use to do it is simple.They delete your emails so is like you never sent the documents they asked, do then they can delete your account. On my case they asked me some documents. So i sent them immediately but then i didnt have any reply. But after many days i received an email which says "Warning.You didnt reply to our email and we dont have the documents we ask.Please submit the documents until today otherwise we close your account.".It seems someone deleted my email. Then i replied again and i sent the documents again.Then i didnt receive any respond, but after 2 days i went to account to login, and a message says "your account is frozen.Please contact us so you can login". For sure again someone deleted the second email so they freeze my account. I sent them message according the link, but they never replied and already passed 1 week. Once again my message for sure is deleted from Masons criminals so is like i never contact with them.And for sure they will close my account soon because now appears like they dont have any email from me because they delete all my messages. Do not support such criminals companies.

Worst prepaid card company I ever used. They should be shut down for keeping customers money. Consumer BEWARE!

ZERO STARS. Just deposited money into my Skrill account with the intention to pay that to a merchant who is a trusted partner of Skrill, and when I use the link on their site to sign into Skrill, it shows my balance but says I'm unable to use it to pay. This is just incredibly poor when you can't do the basic function that the service is meant to provide and is the only reason you are using it. Ooops.

The experience gets even worse, as when I try to withdraw the funds because I can't pay their merchant partner, they refuse the withdrawal, and... my account is now restricted and I can't do anything! Horrible way to treat a new customer. Beyond belief.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS PLEASE. Total contempt for their customers, no respect and I have never been treated like this in any dealing as a new customer. I used Skrill because I thought they are one of the more credible e-wallet companies.

FIVE days later and still they still have my money, account still restricted and I'm fobbed off by support messages saying I need to wait, no explanation, no apology, no reasons, clearly I have zero rights in the eyes of this company.

As far as year 2023 concern, Skrill that we used to know as a reputable electronic money app site as now turned scam, pls run run run, just yesterday, I was scammed dubiously of my dollar, and at the same time closed my account...

Skrill is the worst credit card service ever.
I was just a client and I have a lot of bad experience already. They send you a cheap card with no lastname on it and the app deposit doesn't work.

They answer you after days and don't solve any problems and they keep telling you that it's on you while it's not. They ignore your questions and evoid to solve the problem.

NEVER GET A CARD AT THEM!
You will regret it.

They literally give you an answer that doesn't make sense. They have a stupid client service.

Stay away from this platform. I wish I had read reviews before depositing my funds which have not reflected after 1 week.
After calling several times and explaining the issue, nothing was resolved. Please stay away from this app if you are serious about life.

I was a new Skrill customer, and after only 4 e-mail transactions the internet slowed down and I couldn't go into my account anymore. My normal Bank card was looked to Skrill. As I started to use the account for a legal internet job. They closed it for reasons, telling me I am against company rules. How? After 4 e-mail Transaktion? They couldn't specify exactly what and gave me a whole list of their rules. Fazit, the money on the Skrill account was gone. The internet job was lost. Damage $******* per annum.
All done by Skrill. You invest your money there at your own risk. The transactions were in the range of
£ 35 to £ 700 nothing illegal or specific. That is poor theft and malicious damage. If I hit someone's car, I am responsible for the damage to the car. Not so Skrill, a thieving bank. So how do you defend
yourself against arbitrary? Go and hang yourself?

Be very careful. This operator has sneaky ways to claim you didn't comply to their admin requirements and then keep your money as an admin fee. They will also not tell you what you did wrong only that they have reason to believe you did something wrong. I don't understand how they are still allowed to be an operator in the UK payments system. They should be investigated and shut down. Do NOT use.

Scammers paradise. Absolute zero support for non premium users, rude and arrogant customer services. Avoid like a plague. Revolut / paypal anything is better than this bunch

I bought some units in CGLD at $0.65/unit for a total of $124.52. This is my first time buying this coin. I was totally flabbergasted when I found out, after purchasing, that I start with a $27.62 loss (-18.15%). The counter was a flat-lined with no trade till time of writing. I don't know how this comes to be such. I hope someone is able to explain to me so that I and other unsuspected investors would know to avoid.

Was extremely easy to register & set my account up. I found it simple to send an international transfer - I needed to contact customer services to ask them about something and I found it convenient to do so, able to get through quickly.

I registered and tried to deposit money with my card, but they keep declining and want to connect my bank account. Because they are so good at protecting it! Yes, scam...

Used this platform to withdraw money from binance. Unfortunately, it's hard to get verified and when I use the Transfer option it doesn't give me and option to use my Skrill wallet. I don't know what other platformsI can use to send money frm Skrill.

To many restrictions. Fees to high. I don't need somebody to monitor my transactions.
Stay away from Skrill.

It is a very bad and sad experience. I must state that they don't care about how their customers feel. If your transaction fails, you are just in a big issue to have it resolved. In one occasion, they ask me to use more money to solve my problem, that it will take time to fix their error.

Skrill is a scary site to use, I would never trust them AGAIN. I withdrew money from a streaming website to their platform, on a legit address, I received the confirmation from their address no reply of the transaction being confirmed, and money never appeared in my account. I waited thinking maybe it takes a few working days but no. It never got there. I contacted support and all their answers were copy paste of templates they were instructed with. My tickets would get instantly closed. 2 Weeks later my money is not there, it is not coming back either. They are careless and scary to use I am not going through good days because of them, spare yourselves, I have no reason to lie. Thanks

I woke up to 5 emails from this company stating my account had been restricted an I would need to send in my ID to have it unlocked. I googled the phone number and attempted to call the Fraud Dept. that was a complete waste of time as no one has answered for the last 5 days! I sent an email and to my surprise I got a response. I asked them if they could send me the contact information so that I could file a Police report due to this not being my account. I have never heard of this company until I got those emails. The emails said my card number was linked which is not any card that I have. Today 9. 21. 22 I got another email from Customer Service and it said that Law Enforcement could reach out to them but not by email, I said I know that what is the phone number? They responded by saying they have their own way to reach us. The Oakland County Sheriff's Department has no idea how to contact them as no one in the office today has any idea what this company is. They have never heard of it. They literally Googled it while I was in the office! It seems like to me this company is in on the SCAMS with scammers. There is no way a reputable company operates by email only but lists a phone number that no one can get through on. If anyone knows another avenue that I can use to contact them please share! I HAVE NEVER OPENED OR TRIED TO OPEN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Very unreliable service, the Visa transaction has been down for so many months already. Very expensive fees too that are unreasonable

Customer service is not very good and there chat box is useless, takes 3 business days for money to clear BS, they have many complaints, I should had look at the reviews before opening an account..
