After PCP they picked up car 20 hours late one month later sent bill for scratch on wheel and dent on door ( both disputed) the bill was £31 pound for each repair. That's odd I thought. When I asked them why exactly £31 they couldn't tell me, when asks could I see the bill they wouldn't let me when asked if the repairs had actually been done you guessed it they couldn't tell.
