Dysfunctional website

The website uses AI which has messed-up everything regarding customer service and the website's normal functionality. They used to be available on all the different technology products, but now they've restricted to only a few. If you ever by any chance get a response from an actual person, they act clueless about their own website and aren't helpful. Since they're not fully honest, it's not the best website to use.
