Accessory to fraud
October 4, 2022

I recently was convinced to join a travel club that is a total rip off. Global exchange/RCI, TO BE EXACT. I'm obligated to pay thousands of dollars for a travel club that I have not been able to use. This club is widely known for it's fraudulent deals and broken promises. However, six flags fiesta Texas allows them to post up at the park and give away false vacations and free tickets and take advantage of guest who go to park to enjoy themselves, not to be financially stripped and taken advantage of by this fraudulent vacation scheme.

WORST PRIVATE EVENT EVER
September 17, 2022

I am a Frito-Lay employee who has been attending the annual company six flags private event for past 26 years minus past two due to COVID. It was THE WORST EVENT that I've ever attended and such a bad experience including the hundreds of visits we have made as a family over the years. My son is a coaster enthusiast because of these events and I feel terrible that PepsiCo finally hosted one this year after two year hiatus only to have its employees experience such a major fail

Season pass offer to PepsiCo employees didn't even go full year to year for $173 for three of us!
Does not include hurricane harbor
Season pass no longer allows entrance to any other parks in texas
Parking not included had to pay additional $40
60% MAIN rides were shut down tonight
We had NO FOOD all night
Only 2 restaurants were open and served Nothing but chicken strips we were told they were not allowed to sell us shakes

The few little Food vendors that were open did not accept the money vouchers Pepsi issued us

CHEETOS POPCORN HAD A DISGUSTING ORANGE SYRUP POURED OVER CHEETOS

WHEN I WENT TI GET A PEPSI PRODUCT I FELL ON TOP OF A WOODEN PALLET THAT WAS IN FRONT OF DRINK BIND AND MY ANKLE GOT STUCK I ASKED THEM TO MOVE IT AND THEY WOULD NOT EVEN HELP ME I MOVED IT MYSELF

THIS WAS WORST EVENT EVER!

NOW ABOUT PARK IN GENERAL THE NEW POLICY CHANGES PUT IN PLACE BY NEW SIX FLAGS PRESIDENT FOR BOTTOM DOLLAR SAVE ARE SO BAD WOULD NOT DOUBT THE INTEGRITY OF ALL PARK ASPECTS…. WE ARE BEYOND DISGUSTED BY THE GREED…WILL BE CANCELLING OUR PASSES TONIGHT AND DEMANDING OUR $173 BACK. AFTER 26+ YEARS OF AVID PATRONAGE SIX FLAGS WE SAY GOODBYE TO THIS NEW SUX FLAGS REGIME MISS THE OLD

I purchase tickets for the day which included the waterpark and a meal for myself and my and family Totaling five people after having a full day of fun in the sun at the water park we proceeded to go redeem our coupons to eat I'm told that the coupons had already been use which was not true three of the five coupons were used when we went to redeem the remaining 2 for the prepaid meals. & snack, I was told that we already used them not to mention I had the coupons in my hand I brought them not only to the food court ( who told me that the coupon had been used) I was suggested to go to customer relations where I was again told that they had already been used and that we could not use them ‍ all the hard earned money that I spent in this park today to be told that I use the tickets or coupons that I did not spoke to Seth who told me he was the supervisor or manager at customer relations and when I tell you they were adamant about stating that those tickets were previously used (You could've blew me over with a feather) who would go to the park spent hundreds of dollars and then steals and lies,,,,,, I'm was insulted, humiliated, I didn't bring money in the park, didn't have to. SETH in the customer service super dummy, stated well the coupons where used several times after I repeatedly told this dummy I Did Not Use The Coupons, please stop with the patronizing, I literally I had to walk away because he was not interested in anything I had to say,,,, I was so insulted, I am not interested in revisiting… What is going on, it's like living in the Twilight zone ‍

I'm not sure what happened to six flags New England, but it went downhill. If you want to get into Hurricane harbor you'll have to pay extra, on top of the outrageous ticket price. And then to top it all off the park itself is so dirty & gross. I'm very disappointed.

The six flags I remember was the Supreme amusement park of the south! However, the park we just visited was no better than a roadside carnival. To start, the website said parking was $25 and when we got to the front they said its going to be $35! Update your site so its not misleading to customers. Smh! The rides: We waited so long for rides thar would be broke by the time we got to the entrance. Don't come starving because almost all of eateries are CLOSED! Confusion and chaos best describes this experience. The workers are rude and not helpful and half of the park was closed. We traveled 4 hours to go the hurricane harbor Waterpark and was told it was closed and only opened on Saturday and Sunday. We purchased our tickets weeks in advanced and never saw where the park was going to be closed. When we asked the workers about this, one said "they just told us this morning " and another said it's been in the site for weeks!" In conclusion, Six flags is a rip off and a scam and should be closed down. If you are in the south, GO TO CAROWINDS in Charlotte NC! Much better experience!

The park we went to Six Flags over Georgia, it was not worth the price we paid that's for sure! It was in a run down town, half the rides were broken down. Just a disappointment

Ok so i used to love going to six flags. This year i purchased a season pass, mostly because it says it comes with "2 skip the line passes" & "bring 5 friends for a discounted price" which is very misleading considering after i spent $170 you can only use the skip the line passes on weekDAYS… so my family and i went on a Saturday since i work during the week and can only go on weekends, you can only bring 1 friend for a discounted price per visit!? What a scam. Not to mention you cant get a hold of anyone on the phone and their app doesnt even show you where lockers are in the parks. So inconvenient

I just got off of the ride, and I have never been more scared for my life on a roller coaster, I have been on the fire ball multiple times, I live here in San Antonio, six flags is one of my favorite places, so having to write this, feel this way is so disappointing. The ride continued getting stuck, while we were upside down in the air, and did not feel comfortable nor safe, and the workers are rude and disrespectful, I am so disappointed. Six flags, has got to upgrade, their rides, workers, and the rides feel very aggressive, and cheaply made. Which they didn't used to feel this way. Everything has changed and I don't even enjoy 6 flags anymore. Everyone is rude, and the rides are not even fun anymore. They're scary.

Do not buy Six Flags Nanocoaster
June 4, 2022

As an avid rollercoaster fan, and long standing season pass holder, I bought the Superman, The Ride nanocoaster online for $37.99 ( w/tax and delivery $46.60). It is a cheap sheet metal model, tiny in size (truly nano), with directions more vague than Ikea. The sheet metal models at Harbor Freight are bigger and better for $10.00. Do not waste your money, it is not worth the price.
It's worth $20.00 tops. Pic is shown with a toothpick for scale.

We bought memberships for our family (sons are 7 & 3). Been 4 times the last 1.5 months and most of the rides my kids could ride are shut down (Rapids, mini mine train, 2 rides in Looney Tunes area, kids swings), every time we have gone. We were told they are short staffed so the smaller rides close first. But, I still have to pay my membership, right? We went on Memorial Day and the Johnny Rockets Cafe that was supposed to open at 11 informed us it would be 12 before they opened. Most of the other stands that sold drinks were closed, too. We waited 15 minutes after 12 before the customer in front of us started knocking on the door asking for an update. The staff stood at the counter all laughing, one eating, and one on phone. My 3 year old was beat red from the heat and started crying for water. The guy in front of us tried to let them know we had a kid in need of water but they continued to laugh and then all turned their backs to us, leaning on the counter. 20 minutes after 12 we went to the front of the park where I filed a complaint and told I would receive a call, but that has not happened, yet. I called to see about canceling our memberships since this incident and was told we could not since we are in a years contract and if we canceled our card I would be sent to collections. Moral of story, if you want to pay for terrible service and not many rides for your smaller children or food stands open, go to six flags.

Six Flags Fiesta Texas
September 3, 2019

What a cool experience! My young adult daughter and I were only here for one day but we managed to even out our time at the water park and at the theme park. We visited July 19,2019. I was pleasantly surprised that the park wasn't super packed. There were some really cool roller coasters. We only rode a couple and my favorite was the Superman. We have Six Flags memberships so we are able to visit other parks at no additional cost. This was a bonus perk :). So if you are considering going but are a little hesitant... let me reassure you it will be worth the trip. We had a great time and stayed almost the entire day. Next time we're back in San Antonio, I know Six Flags will be on the to do list.

Bring your own food. If not, you'll be paying so much for food and drinks when you already pay a lot to get in.

They are kind of pricey. It's worth it if you have a family of 4 though. They have good deals on season passes!

If you like Six Flgs, you can find all of the information you need about each park here. You can buy tickets, season passes, meals and keepsakes securely and safely. Print 'em out and take with you to the main gate, bypassing the ticket lines at the park. Saves time and money. NOTE: We had an extremely difficult time replacing a ticket the literally blew away in the parking lot of a large six flags park. Believe it or not, the park had no way of bringing up our order. We eventually got SixFlags.com on our cell phone and gave the phone to guest services, who got the situation worked out after an hour. In all, very helpful if your ticket doesn't blow away.
