I ordered the purple shampoo in January and it never came! They sent me emails saying the mailed it, but then when I look further it says order was canceled! Scam Scam Scam! DONT DO IT
Ich habe am 28.12.2019 2 Oberteile bestellt die nach mehrmaliger Anfrage heute den 28.04.2020 endlich angekommen sind. Es sind absolut die falschen Shirts. Und obwohl Größe M und XL bestellt auch noch einheitlich groß. Sehr schade und nie wieder! Eins war in blau und eins in Bordeaux bestellt.
Don't never ever choose this site to purchase anything.If you did you never get your money back. When you want to cancle it before they ship to you then never answer your email. Until they ship to you then they said they already ship can not return.NOT, THEY HAVE CHANCE TO STOP AND CANCLE YOUR SHIPMENT, BUT THEY JUST DON'T WANT TOO, BECAUSE THEY WANT WONT YOUR MONEY. I sent them many emails to cancle my order before they ship it, But never reply my email. This morning they finally did reply to me and said item has been shipped and can't cancle. SO WHAT HAVE YOU BEEN FEW DAYS AGO YOU CAN CANCLE MY ORDER BUT WHY YOU DIDN'T? JUST SCAMMMMMMMM
They reply to me on 23th. BUT I SENT 2 EMAIL TO THEM ON 19TH TO CANCLE. NEVER DID.

Have not received my purchase of three items costing almost $50.00. When I use the tracking code sent that reads my order has been shippef it reads no order found. Why would this be. FRAUD & coming from China
Ordered goods in January 2020. Still no delivery in April! Have sent emails querying the non delivery. I'm reassured that the order is on it's way. I'm not convinced.
I ordered some purple shampoo from this company and cancelled it prior to it even being shipped. They refused to cancel my order and process a refund. I continued to email them my concerns with this product coming from China and my refusal of accepting this product for that reason but they just kept replying that the matter was resolved as they do not provide refunds. Can't add a photo because no product was every received.
I do not recommend this site to anyone. Is a gotcha. For two months I bought a hair shampoo and this is the time that the product never arrived. The money was withdrawn from my bank account immediately, but nothing came from the product. They are dishonest. I have sent them four emails and the only thing they say is sorry, be patient, but they clarify that they do not refund the money.
I ordered my product on 18th January 2020, as at today 18th March still no product, have sent loads of emails and get the usual so sorry and please be patient with no explanation on why or where my product is. I have requested a refund and have had no response. Please DO NOT order from this site, I see they have other sites but they are the same, you will not receive your product or money back... I'm off to lodge a complaint and report them where ever I can
Ordered something in January, still not delivered. Tried to cancel, told can't as it was in transit. Had an e-mail today advising it's on it's way. Yeah, right. Raised a complaint with Barclaycard.
I ordered from them on December 5th and it is now March 10th and I have not received my product. I have contact them 3 times and they have not fixed the problem or refunded my money. This site is a scam!
I order over two months ago, you have no info as to when it will be delivered Angela Wood has no information to help me and has blocked me and says she customer support is the only department authorized to refund my money! Is this true or not? This is all in regards to order SBC******* ticket number SBC ******* which has no information. Can anybody in this company help me?
Ordered on 12/5/19. Paid with pay-Pal. Never got my product till Feb 5,2020. Bottles are in Japanese and Have no clue how to, how much to use. No where did it say the product was coning from over seas and a slow boat from where ever. Stay away from this company!
Trying to get as many names and reviews on sitebacana so that I can send to FBI for investigation. Too many people have been ripped off for this not to be a scam.
Do not order anything from sitebacana, I bought curly bun hair clip from them in December, I've tried contacting them and had correspondence from smileyhomey, sitebacana, sheswish, all the above mentioned in reviews. Got the same rubbish promises. I paid with PayPal and have raised a dispute. Now I am so angry reading all these reviews at the blatant theft from us by these scammers and will also stop at nothing to expose them
I ordered some goods in October 2019, and to date, as of January 19 2020, the goods have not been delivered.
Every time I send mail to enquire, they give a standard (copy and paste) reply:

I give this company zero stars. Don't order from this scam of a company! I ordered concealer 1.5 months ago and haven't received it yet. I have asked for a refund and I get the same response, they can't refund me until I get the product. I reported them to bbb. They already have a lot of complaints about this company.
Item does not work in the way advertised. Keep away from this site and products. Total scam. False advertising. When complaint was sent in they replied that they only refunded money if item was damaged. What a joke!

I placed my first order on 30th November 2019, I am still awaiting a delivery on 9th Jan 2020. I have sent 8 different emails to their customer support team as well as 16 messages to their Facebook account, the money has been taken from my bank account. But no items deliveries. I have tracked my parcel delivery and it has not left China. They refuse to give you head office number or email address. They keep sending you back to customer support, where you get no support. It is a scam do not order from their site. You do not get your parcel or a refund. It is theft.
I've been completely ripped off, in part because this 'company' goes by many names: 'AirIndigo', 'SheSwish', 'SmileyHomey'. Apparently that allows them to continue to pass people around without providing any satisfaction, after they rip you off.
