Order made on 14th December. On 31st December I was infomed that 3 products are not available (the order prepaid on 14th December)! On 9th January I am still waiting after contacting customer support 3 times. (Greece)
If you still want to buy their products, get them from a physical shop!
Never order online from Sinsay! I have ordered and paid for the items and 2 weeks after I still didn't get it. I sent different emails asking for the update but never got any replies. Very disappointing experience.
I became a regular customer of your shop and I really liked your Items. A bad experience happened when I returned 4 Packages and received a refund only for 3 of them. I tried to call customer service and explain that to them, but the lady who I was talking to literally hung up on me. Afterward I sent 3 emails, and I did not receive any reply.
Today I called again, and my first question was who am I talking with. A lady called Eva didn't want to say her last name after what she hung up again.
After you did a mistake, and instead of an apologie, you are not replying and hanging up on customer´s calls?

Pierwszy raz wypróbowuję ich koszule. Pasuje fajnie, jakość odzieży jest A1. Cena też jest w porządku, rozsądna. Mam zamiar kupić więcej.
I bought several T-shirts in this shop. They were at a cheap price. They look good but the quality of them isn't super. So, if you want to save money then you can easily buy things at this shop.
