I ordered a dress that I needed to return. Contacted them through email as they said to do for a return label and couldn't get anyone to contact me back. 30 days is now up and I've lost my money. Worst customer service and dress was poorly shipped and packed. Rolled into a ball in a little box! BEWARE
Simply Bridal has discounted bridal gowns, bridesmaids dresses and veils! I rarely see prices that are so low. They have a selection of dresses that are in stock so if you don't have 6 months to have a custom gown made (like me) this is a perfect place to shop.
CHEAP FOR A REASON - caveat emptor. I ordered online. The 'risk free' return policy is not at all what it purports to be. Customer service was abysmal.

Ordered the Lina Gown (www.simplybridal.com/shop/lina-gown) from SB for my upcoming May 2014 wedding and it is just as stunning in person as it is on the website. I was blown away by the amount of detail in the dress. Judging by the pictures on the website, it would appear that the detail on the dress is just simple embroidery, which I was OK with. However, that is not the case! There is actually hand sewn beading on top of the embroidered design! Opted for the "quick ship" dress option so of course the dress is a bit big and will need alterations. But in doing so, I placed the order on a Thursday and had the dress in hand by the following Wednesday... can't beat the turnaround time with ANY other bridal shop!
