Until... I called today to verify that my tire was actually going to arrive this afternoon. The automated system said that yes, it was arriving today, but I still clicked 2 to speak to customer service. I was on hold for 16 minutes before my phone carrier automatically disconnected me. I called back and clicked to talk to customer service immediately and was on hold for 10 minutes before speaking to a real person. He then informed me that I would not receive my tire for 2 more days. When I asked why, he told me that the tire was shipping from a different warehouse. I asked why I didn't receive an update/email to tell me this. I am on a time schedule so I canceled my order and will go to a tire store and buy one in the morning so I can go on my trip.
The order process is simple. My order arrived correct and was delivered sooner than expected. Very satisfied!

More and more the local and national tire dealers are recommending their private label / branded tires as being the best. As an example, I know from personal experience that Maxxis 8008 series trailers tires are the very best trailer tires on the market. All my local dealers don't carry this tire and always tell me their brand of trailer tires are the best. As a result of most tire dealers pushing their private label tires, the customer is not offered the full spectrum of tires available in the market. SImple Tire offers the full spectrum of tires made and at very competitive pricing - on sale. Local Installation arrangements can be arranged at time of purchase - it couldn't be more simple. My only wish is Simple Tire wouldn't keep moving prices all over the place; customers (like me) tend to wait for their sale pricing. Overall, I've had many positive experiences using Simple tire and highly recommend.

Great selection of all your favorite tire brands. You can search by vehicle or by tire size. For me Simple tires has the tires my local shops do not carry and other shops over price. I've order many set over the years and always found what I needed. My local Firestone shop has mounted all my tires for a minimal fee with great service even though the tires were bought from simpletire.com. Tires are always delivered within 3 day of my order to the shop of my choice and even to my front door.

Hey Shelly! Thank you for adding your order information with this review, it made it a lot easier to find the order and see what has been going on. I just want to say first that I'm sorry for the frustration, I hate to think that your plans would have been disrupted because of a change in delivery date/time. To that end, though, it's important to note that the estimated delivery time that we send to you is what's given to us by the carrier. We do our best to notify our customers when there's a change but, unfortunately, once it leaves the warehouse then we no longer have any direct control over the shipment.
Also, I'm seeing that tire as scheduled for delivery today. When I check the carrier's tracking, it says that the tire is on a vehicle and scheduled for delivery by the end of the day today. It looks like the tire was too far along for our return to sender request to happen. There's a part of me that hopes the tire will be on your doorstep when you wake up but, again, not even the carrier can tell us an exact time the delivery will be made.
If the tire is delivered and you've already had to buy and mount a different one, please just give us a call or send an email to [email protected] and we'll make arrangements to have the tire picked up and returned to us.
