Tire's were here in 2 to 3 days. I read the reviews for the Tire's I purchased and felt okay about ordering them. They are already mounted on the car and ride great. They are as quiet and smooth as the tires that were OEM. Not sure what kind of mileage I'll get out of them but for the price I paid I can by another set and still not have spent as much as the OEM. This is the second set of tires, different vehicles, I've purchased from Simple Tire and have been pleased with both purchases.

Everything was Perfect, said it would take 5 days, I ordered the tires on a Thursday, said it would take till next Tuesday, and I got them two days later! Excellent customer service!

Lets face it, if you want to SAVE MONEY, your going to have to take a chance. I saved about $400 by buying my tires from SimpleTire. However, one of the tires I received was defective from the manufacturer. The team at SimpleTire knew exactly how to handle the situation. They shipped a replacement tire right away, and sent me a return label for the defective tire. 3 days later, the replacement tire was delivered and installed and I was on my way. If I had purchased tires from the local tire store, they would likely have had to order my tires anyway, including any replacements. I dont feel like I lost any time. Im happy to do a little leg work to save that kind of dough.
Being a business owner myself, I don't expect every transaction to be flawless. But I do expect the problems that arise to be handled professionally, courteously, and with expediency. SimpleTire came through with flying colors. I will definitely buy from them again.
