When i ordered the tires your website advertised with 4 business days i will recieve my order. I understand the current world situation, but when i did not receive my tires after 7 business days i contacted support. While talking to support and expressing my concerns as the website for the shipping company was not updating support pretty much stated to wait until the following day and see. Not very helpful but your prices was good.

Very easy website to navigate. Have been searching for tires online and this is the only website that has a large selection whether you need a name brand tire or something a bit less expensive to get you by. Once I ordered my tires they shipped out the next day and were delivered in 2 days. For free shipping this was awesome. The tires I received were not even one year old yet and came in good shape- not crushed or dirty. Glad I decided to purchase from here, well worth it!
According to the DOT date stamp on the sidewall (3917) all three tires were a few weeks from their third birthday. Today's date stamp would be "3420"... Aged wine, good. Aged tires, bad. In fact, many shops won't install them due to their age. Highly Disappointed

I bought Delium KU-255 Terra Raider M/Ts in 33/12.50R17. The tires look really good on my Vision Raptors Black 17x9 with a 25mm offset. I have a ‘15 Ford F-150 XL with a 6.5 foot bed and 2.5 in leveling kit in the front. These tires are super nice and look amazing. They stick out of the wheel well around a 1/4 to a 1/2 inches. There is no rubbing when turning and very little road noise when driving at low or high speeds. Only problem I had was that the tires did not balance with regular wheel weights and needed weight bags to balance out. Was a little more expensive because of the bags, but definitely worth it. The ride is very smooth and enjoyable.

Thank you for that... i can buy tires online again and im not forced into a retaler/big box store with poor quality tires and absurd pricing. I ordered Carlisle Multi Trac C/S for my mower. I specifically stated that I had tired to purchase this tire from another online seller but I had to return it twice because they shipped the wrong tire, twice. I asked does Simple Tire carry this tire? Yes you say you do and it's the correct photo, but can you assure me I'll get the right tire. The person on the other end checked assureds me they had it and I would get the right tire. Nope had to return it, but Jesse got it right the second time. That was July 25. I didn't get the tire until July 31. But it took 6 days to get it.
I purchased tires from simple tired with road hazard warranty the tires did come in in a fast convenient time but I run something over on the road and damage one of the tires and they will not support the road hazard warranty.
Received our tires in a timely manner even tho we canceled the order within the first 24 hours before they shipped. When we tried to contact them to return them we haven't had any luck. Have filled out several return forms online and have spent a couple hours on the phone on hold. Have not gotten a response back. Its now been over two weeks since the order was placed.
Not happy about it!
I've shopped for a while for these particular Nitto tires in 38"x20." You're special offer discount made it a deal I couldn't pass up. Ultimately I was able to get 4 plus a spare delivered In 4 business days, taxes, fees included for just under 2k, saving over $300! Came via FedEx and driver wheeled the pallet into my backyard. I will definitely use SimpleTire again! Many thanks.

Glad I found this as I needed only one tire to match the other 3. If not for Simple Tire I would of needed to replace ALL four. This was a hard to find and impossible to locate in my area. Tire came brand new and was shipped fast no box needed and delivered right to my door. Easy transaction for me.
I purchases Maxxis mud tires and found out after they were delivered that they were not the right load for my ram 2500. Return no questions asked is a great confidence builder for me. Once I figure what tires I want I will definitely will buy from Simple tire again.
Have dates, call logs and written notes on experience. Ordered tires on website to be delivered one week later. Never showed up. Kept pushing my arrival time further back. Finally received only ONE of the tires I ordered. After calling both fedex and simple tire both of which were useless and not willing to help on the ordeal I filed for fraud due to the purchase not being fulfilled on their end. NOT ONCE did a manager call me back or a customer service rep. Emails were sent out to multiple locations seeking help to see what could be done. After the tire on my vehicle finally blew out and I had no transportation I went a week using uber. Again no one called. My tires finally arrived after months of waiting and I still never received any call or letter or even a discount for the inconvenience. As a supervisor for a fortune 100 company I will never again use simple tire or fedex and I will make sure to spread my experience to as many people as possible.
I ordered a set of 2 Carlisle ALL TRAIL 23x10.5x12 for my mower. I ordered them on a Sunday and they were shipped and at my house Tuesday morning. I will be buy from them again.
Had wrong size tires come in, melanie was great working with m ed to get things resolved and full refund and exchange!
I order a set of tires for vehicle then decided to cancel but could not find it in there in their order. Emailed them and noone replied. When I finally call to cancel the order they charged me $15.00 a tire to restock a tire that had not left there facility.
This is not a company I would do business with again and tell others to stay clear of these people.
