I have Celiac Disease and love bread. Simple Kneads offers a excellent bread variety I have not found in stores - I look for wheat and rice free products but not grain free. When toasted this bread is very good for sandwiches and tastes as close to real rye bread as a CD person could probably get. Great with nut butter and honey as well as cheese, eggs, fish, meat and bean spreads. I order 4 loaves and keep all unopened ones in my freezer. My non-CD daughter visits on weekends and chooses it over the wheat bread my husband keeps in our freezer. I have a dedicated toaster to be safe. It's pricey but for bread-loving-me it's worth the added expense.
My only suggestion is - I would like to be able to order at least one of each variety every time even if I have to order 4 loaves.
