I was surprised how moist your bread is. Completely different than any other I've tasted. I enjoyed trying the different types but the cost was more than I can afford. I can find local bread much more inexpensive and just as good. Sorry.

This is the first GF bread that has not fallen apart on me. This is a no sugar product that some people will not be used to. A small amount of honey or cinnamon would be a healthy addition.

It stays fresh in the refrigerator for a very long time. I haven't frozen it yet but I probably will.
I am particularly happy to see that it contains no rice flours, which are prevalent in gluten free baking and can contain large amounts of arsenic.
