This GF bread is amazing! Thinner slices than some brands but delicious! Toasts well and is also eaten without toast too.

Easy and fast
My friend gave me a piece of this bread. I liked it and decided to order. Then I find out how much it costs... As for me, it is too much for the bread.
The bread is delicious however my child who is 5 is not as open to sourdough bread. I loved it!
I was excited to try the mixed loaves. The sourdough didn't read much different from the power grain in flavor though - I was looking for that definite "tang". The texture was rather spongey, but toasting it darker definitely helped.
'Shopping experience' means very little to me. It's the product that matters. As I see it this is only missing on the oil (safflower - try coconut instead) and it's not sprouted. Still, very much ahead of most others. Very much looking forward to trying this bread when it arrives. ******* Have received the bread in the mail and note the following: Received loafs in 3 work days since ordering (very quick). Shipped in cardboard box with careful bubble protection. Loafs are double wrapped for air tight delivery. Nice round loafs precut to just under 1/2 inch thickness. Texture is super moist and soft. Flavor is very, very good considering gluten limitations. Bought a four pack for $35 - 2 sourdough, 1 Pumpkinickel, and 1 Quinoa Power. Opened a sourdough first and froze the rest. Again, delicious flavor and texture. Opened my second loaf today (Pumpkinickel) which was frozen and the slices easily separated. Put two slices in the toaster to defrost and tasted as fresh as the initial loaf. All in all a very, very nice product. Figure $8.75 loaf delivered is hard to beat when considering this kind of micro bakery quality and the obvious health benefits. Five stars. Well done.

Wonderful bread.
I really like the bread. I live a gluten free, no dairy, no meat lifestyle, but I LOVE bread. Now I am able to still have a sandwich or peanut butter toast! You can tell the difference between this bread and gluten bread. However this one doesn't taste all that bad, toasted.
