I feel that my experience has been good, but I do have a concern about the use of quinoa as a component in the flour; it is known to cause some gastrointestinal distress. As a result, I won't be ordering again.

Your ordering instructions simple and clear for me to follow! I had an email notice the bread was being shipped out on July 11th and it did not arrive until late afternoon on July 17th. I felt the shipping time comprises the freshness of the bread. However I am In CA and don't know if it's feasible to get the bread from the oven to me in any less time. I am a first time customer.

The sourdough gf tastes good-better than other gf options on the market.

Sadly my child was not a fan of any of the flavors. I like it fine but don't know if I'll be purchasing from them again. Was hoping for a more pronounced sourdough taste.

The whole ordering process was easy. I felt the bread was a bit pricey and I am not crazy about the taste.

Outstanding. This bread is delicious and the best I've ever tasted in terms of gluten free loaves. I highly recommend it. I assume these loaves can be frozen to preserve freshness.
