I ordered the bread based on this site's reviews and my experience was nothing like expected. My credit card was charged on August 1st and I started emailing them on August 14th. No response whatsoever. Got home tonight and the bread was here. It was sent priority mail 3 day. The bread is just ok. Nothing like sourdough. You have to order 4 loaves making it a very large investment... too bad it's nothing like the fresh and tasty bread... promptly shipped with a quick delivery That I expected based on these reviews. Don't waste your money. There are much better options out there.

I thought the bread was a little too dense for my liking but the flavor is good, only tried the sourdough so far.
Easy to use and we're so excited to find a bread that eliminates all the tricky allergies of leaky gut!
Unfortunately, unless it was toasted, the bread broke apart and, while my daughter thought the quinoa bread was okay, she preferred my homemade d.f./g.f./eggless/soy free bread. I, myself, thought the flavors were good! I can't remember the last time I had pumpernicke
