Your bread is delicious! I love that it is made with such healthy ingredients and that its vegan AND gluten free. That's so hard to find! I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2007 and became a vegan in 2016 and I haven't eaten sandwiches very often since then because most gluten free/vegan breads are made with flours that are empty nutritionally. But now that I have found your bread I can feel good about eating sandwiches again!
I do have one small recommendation - it would be lovely to have the option to buy your bread without it coming sliced. I love the size of the slices you have now-perfect for sandwiches but it would be nice to be able to just cut a big hunk off and dip in my soups and stews. Just a thought:)

Love the idea of Gluten Free True Sourdough so once I can taste it I will know for certain.
The ordering, check out and delivery process were all great. This is my first experience with gluten free bread so have no point of comparison, but it is tasty and has good texture.
Only issue was mailing and delivery. It was supposed to have been delivered 8/14. It was delivered in 8/15 at night and left on my doorstep in the rain and the top of the box was split open. I was lucky to just had been looking at my phone and saw an email saying the package was delivered...so I was able to rescue it from the rain and bugs.

My experience thus far has been excellent but since I haven't yet received or tried the bread I can only give 3 stars. I'm very excited to try it.
I was attracted to the ingredients in your breads. Rather than rice/potato/other starches they contain real grains. I opened all of the varieties and tasted a slice. They're all good but I noticed all of them have a weird aftertaste...I'm not sure how to describe it -- not sour or acidic, but maybe metallic. The aftertaste is apparent whether toasted or not. In any case, I kept out one sourdough loaf and froze the rest and I've enjoyed having some toast each day...something I don't usually do.
Easy to navigate website. Excited to try the bread! Extremely fast delivery!
