Simple Kneads is positively delicious gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free bread. What a treat to be able to enjoy a grand sandwich with my hubby! Arrived fresh, freezes perfectly, tastes yummy made with the best good for you grains!

Shopping experience was good. I think I would rate the bread 3.5-4 stars. I would like a denser consistency, and no sweetener added. That said, it is better than many other gluten free breads I've tasted.

The bread is great! The sourdough tastes like a wheat version of sourdough. Pretty good stuff, just not the San Francisco sourdough I was expecting. Still very yummy though. Haven't tried the Quinoa loaf yet.
