So far so good! The sodium is fairly low which helps! Not a huge fan of the sourdough but the pumpernickel is amazing!

It was easy. I'm excited about a gf sourdough! I had gotten a message from FedEx saying my order was canceled by the company. I sent a Facebook message to SimpleKneads and had a really nice conversation, they tracked my order, and it actually showed up the same day.
