Excellent bread. Although I am not celiac, I have found that eliminating gluten, wheat, etc., from my diet makes me feel so much better.
The whole process was Easy and quick. This was our second order of the sourdough, pumpernickel and quinoa breads. All taste delicious. My favorite thing, out of many, is the texture of the bread, it's perfect. Gluten free bread usually is crumbly, dry and has to be toasted. Not this bread. The bread arrived nicely packed and perfectly fresh. Auto delivery would be great! I would love a cinnamon raisin bread.
