I was looking for sprouted gluten free bread- which, as it turns out, is hard to find. I ordered the sourdough, pumpernickel and quinoa to try them all. The order was shipped and delivered quickly. So far we have only tried the sourdough. It is wonderful. It has the classic sourdough flavor and is very easy to digest. I look forward to trying the others in the coming weeks. We will be ordering again.
