The slides were very clear, simple and easy to follow. I appreciated the volume/mute button.

My only criticism would be that the course is too easy. I would have like more questions in each category and harder/tougher questions. Afterall...we're meant to save a life.

This Certification says it will be valid for healthcare professionals, but my hospital did not accept this as a valid certification.
