Quick and painless so far. That was before I studied the material and took the tests. The whole process was very easy to understand and easy to pass and complete the tests. I hope I learned enough to give correct aid to persons in trouble. I had already been CPR/First Aid certified but needed to renew for current responsibilities. I hope that is the reason it seemed too easy.
