Overall, the course that I took was clear and concise. There were some repeated slides shown within the same course, under different topics. Perhaps there is a way to avoid that?

It went very well. Took about 70 minutes for myself normal is 60 to 90 minutes.
Printed out my card and submitted to my employer. Waiting for hard copy to be mailed.
I find it a little ridiculous that in order to get my completion form which I need but I did get a temporary certification card wallet size but the email you just sent me say that I needed to fill out this survey before I receive my completion form I think surveys are absolutely ridiculous and stupid and nine times out of ten people aren't honest in them so I don't understand why you do that but that's not here nor there but when I filled out all my stuff and completed my course work yesterday said my thing would be mailed to me in one business day now I get an email 2 Days Later stating I have to do the survey before I received the product I paid for absolutely ridiculous

Sometimes the program was slow to load.
It would have been helpful to know that I could have done each test immediately after completing each unit. I only realized it after I completed reviewing all of the units.
In all it was well organized and thorough and a positive experience. I will recommend this course to others.
Has been good so far
The sound for the videos was inconsistent. Several of the videos did not have sound even though they showed the icon with a speaker. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service and would recon end it as well as use it again myself.
