It was a good course, being a nurse for 30 yrs not much has changed. It was quick and easy. However if you are a healthcare provider, do not waste your time or money taking this course as my employer would not except this. Because I work at a hospital which they do provide CPR training but because of a vacation I'm going on, dates and times did not work. So, it is not a Red Cross, or Heart association approved program and it must be for my hospital to except.

I found the training helpful as a refresher course as I took a course in classroom before a few years ago. I would of liked a PDF training guide to go along with the course as I had to take notes.
However there is good quality information and procedures from the course I took in First Aid, CPR, Adult and Infant and AED.

It was convenient for me as I was able to finish it on my own time. It is an opportunity to do it at home and complete it in a short period of time.

After taking American Red Cross certification for about 15 yrs found this was simpler and it has become much more complete over the years I have participated in your service.

The course was done in an easy to understand slideshow that includes all of the important information necessary for CPR and first aid. I appreciated the thorough explanation of how to use an AED which was included as a separate training module.
