It was good training

I thought the card was coming in the mail laminated because that's what it said, but no big deal. Also all the other times I have gotten a card there has been a number to track back to nom ever is the person signing off on the card. There wasn't one on here, I thought that was odd!

I really enjoyed taking this class for my recertification. Will take it again.

I liked the way the info was presented - very simple, clear and to the point. The whole process took less than an hour which was most appreciated. My communication with customer service was helpful when it wouldn't accept my credit card and the $2 discount offered at that time was very nice. I recommended this to my daughter and coworkers as well.
