While it was easy to find what I wanted and place the order, I'm still waiting for my order and I haven't gotten an email stating that my order has shipped. It's been over a week and no 'shipment is on the way' email and no tracking yet. So...yea...I'm waiting and it's not funny as this is a Christmas gift.
I will definitely purchase from Simple Treasures For Sale again. It was an unbelievable value, and such a smooth, positive online shopping process. It's clear the owner cares about making this a good experience for the buyer, from the ease of ordering to the speedy shipment of item (well-packaged too). I am glad I randomly came across this business on TikTok - it's awesome!
They say they try and get your order shipped within 3 days. I had to email, just to get them to ship my order at all. It has been 2 weeks and JUST NOW having my item delivered today. They may be good on price, but don't expect to get your order in a timely manner.
I bought hundreds of dollars worth of body mists. Every single possible flavor I could! And duplicates of them too. I was so nervous at first, cause you know they don't like when you own more than 6 bottles of body mist. "They" being the inventor of body mists. He says that there is only one giant vat of body mist in the world, the vat containing the base mixture for all body mists. After they collect the body mist from the vat, it's then that the inventor changes the flavors of the base. He loves his job and what he does.
The shipping was VERY quick and all hundreds of my body mists were unbroken. Not even a single drop was wasted of this nonrenewable resource. They are simply beautiful, amazing, and smell like everything you've been wanting for your entire life. I love you, Simple Treasures

Did you seriously charge and sell people tealights that's are suppose be green and it completely brown no scent when light to see if had scent. What a waste you should have known to NOT sell item when your pic is correct color and the item isn't! It was only a couple dollar but I bought it to see if I liked it to buy a bigger one some place else. And you screwed me thanks. A Lot. I just can't get over you sent it out this way to start. I wish I could post pics because I took a few. Ridiculous
This was my first purchase and I'm very impressed. Very easy ordering, received very fast & package was very secure!
So I placed an order on the website… it was a Sunday. Fine. I reached out to the seller midweek thats says they never received my text after I told them if you can't ship I'll have my bank refund it. She says it'll be shipped out Friday. Well, it's Friday evening and no order shipped out. I reached the seller and they yelled at me through fb messenger and said "that's it! I'm refunding your money now! I don't need you threatening me! It takes 5 business days to ship. Oh really now?! I looked everywhere AGAIN for the shipping time and didn't see it! Then proceeds to tell me that if I can't wait I can order elsewhere… and she refunded my money i so "desperately" needed. You don't YELL at your customers like that! If you were a consumer with a wonky looking website you'd be VERY Leary too. Just save your hard earned money and purchase through the company that is selling the product you want…
Policy states 3 days shipping. After several messages threatening to have the bank refund which would cause a service charge I decided it was best to refund the money and keep the package that had been packed today.
Shipping was fast and the item is just as described. Perfect. Thank you for a smooth transaction. I love this shop online and will continue to buy here for sure.
