Catered a BBQ at a friends wedding. The staff turned up in jeans and hoodies, not the uniforms advertised on their website. The food was not great, it was cold and burnt. Staff got defensive when I asked for a non burnt piece, saying it's a bbq everything's burnt. I would not upset the bride and groom on their special day, but when I did tell them they had been told the same by other guests. Bride was really upset.
