Web site was difficult to navigate would not allow me to click on things even though they were clickable. Would not let me use the drop down and site kicked me out several times... had to enter the same thing 3 times. No way to go back to make changes.

Many options, styles and colors for items. It's also nice to be able to customize them. Very easy to select, design and see the item before it's ordered.
