Overall transaction was extremely nice. Only issue is small area on the design was rubbed off. Not sure if it occurred prior to delivery or during delivery.

The website doesn't always view correctly in Google Chrome. The bags we received did not have the finish shown on the picture and were somewhat low quality. Customer service contacted us because our logo would not print at the size needed. We submitted a vector image, but the ink would run together on our tagline, so we had to alter our logo.

Appreciated the effort to make sure my product was asthetically better.

Support specialist was incredibly helpful, and knowledgable. We're looking forward to receiving our order!

Very easy and quick excellent service

The product is great

I have problems with accepting coupons.

The website was not functioning properly and was not registering when options had been selected. I had to go through the Proof Request in order to actually submit the order.
