I have bought multiple things from side deal. One of these did not work and I emailed customer service. In less than several hours they got back with me and refunded me the moneys, and did not require me to send it back. I am very impressed with their customer service.

I seldom have issues with Side Deal (and other Mediocre Corp sites), but I always buy with the confidence that if something goes askew on the seller's end, they always make it right.

Jackie in customer service did a great job when I notified her that I did not receive my item, even though the tracking said I did, and the Post Office also showed it being delivered. They handled my claim even though it was not their fault and I am 100% satisfied.

I have ordered 4 times from SideDeal. Two of the orders were canceled. The other two items I never received. The tracking information shows that USPS never received the package to send out. SideDeal refuses to refund or replace saying the items are too long out of the warranty period. How can they fall in a warranty period when the items were never sent to begin with?

The order you reported missing today shows it was delivered over a year ago. As USPS recycles tracking numbers about every 90 days or so, the tracking link provided would now be expired.
I hope this clears things up.
Because the items you received did not work and you have to pay the shipping to get the refund. The shipping cost is more than the purchase price. It is in my trash can now. It was very time wasted time and aggravated.

I didn't receive the 2 packages I ordered and after contacting customer service and Fedex, USPS... I was told that if I didn't file a police report for 2 $20 packages, there would be no refund or replacement, very time consuming!

So basically the deals aren't really deals, sometimes you won't receive your item, but the customer service is great.

I was al, about side deals. Then I googled a product, per my bfs suggestion, and found the item listed just as cheap elsewhere. Even cheaper on amazon considering the shipping. Everyone has to make money though I guess. If you plan to spend a lot of money, the shipping balances out, but if you only want one or two items, check amazon first.

I bought my wife a beautiful watch and had a issue with the band. I contacted customer service the day I received the watch and in 24 hours my issue was resolved. Even resolved better than I would have expected. This is a A++ company to do business with.

Trouble with a purchase
I received an item that I could not use in the residence that I live in and Brittany was Excellent in helping me with All aspects of making it right. She was so prompt with returning emails with step by step instructions on what to do. Everything worked exactly as she said. I felt like I was interacting with a family member who really cared. I received a wallet that the charger didn't work. I was so lucky that this very dear sweet male Chad helped me. I'm 68 yrs old and had a stroke and he helped me in every way. I understood everything he was sending me and if not he took the time to help me. I'm not telling you your business but he should be training people. I was so blessed to have Chad get my report he is a great worker and so understanding
