My order did not arrive in time for Christmas, even though it was ordered in plenty of time. Customer Service was not helpful in that I was never able to communicate directly. I was instructed to leave a message, and was told they would get back to me within 24-72 hours. Nothing was done about my lost package until 2 days before Christmas. My package did not arrive until 4 days after Christmas. When I opened my package, I was disappointed in the quality of the product. I wish I would have ordered from a more reputable company.

I ordered 12 pairs of socks and only 11 pair were shipped. I sent a screenshot of the order and said one pair was missing. Despite explaining this, Socky Sock would not send me the 1 missing pair without me pointlessly sending a picture of the 11 I received even though I wasn't disputing I received the 11 other pairs.
