A minor problem to do with return shipping due to receiving the wrong length of a 14K gold chain, but in the end I was refunded the shipping cost that I incurred. It took a bit of complaining to get this done. Overall though, they have good quality jewelry at much cheaper prices compared to other online vendors and considerably cheaper than retail jewelry stores. I will one day shop here again when I want to add another piece to my collection of fine jewelry.
