I ordered an Atlanta Braves 2021 World Series ring on December 1,2022 as a Christmas gift to my husband. It arrived shortly after the first of January. It came in damaged and I immediately emailed the company and sent pictures, I also didn't receive it in the ring box that I paid extra for. Customer service assured me they would get a new ring made and shipped asap. I went back and forth with customer service for 8 months. That's right, 8 months! At one point they said "I don't know what happened, it should have shipped" and then it still took another 3 weeks to finally ship in July which means they had to remake it again or they never actually remade if the first time. So now I finally received the ring on august 19,2023 and they put the wrong team on it! It came in as a 2022 Houston Astros ring with Acuna (a Braves player) on it! I am so disappointed! And I have emailed them again the moment it came in and no one has responded. Absolutely unacceptable. Definitely do not recommend buying from here at all.
