I have 2 questiona. 1. as seller, if I join Shopify, how will the display, ads, visibility be? In ebay etc different website? 2. As a shopper, where can i find the products I want? On ebay, Amazon etc...

Answer: Google ads are integrated with shopify so it's pretty simple. You can list and sync products on eBay directly from your shopify store. However you also need an eBay account which is separate.
