I have been using LOTS of the proprietary products for over 12 years and I'm thrilled with them. I take the Isotonix Supplements, use the personal care, skin care, Motives cosmetics, home care, auto care, pet care, etc., etc... you name it, I love it.
As an UnFranchise Owner, the company has changed my life. I was a high-volume recruiter for 28 years and every 3-5 years, when I completed an assignment to hire 300 - 500 people, the position was eliminated... because I did a good job! If I hadn't started this business as a Plan B before I needed it, I honestly don't know what I'd be doing. I was downsized from Corporate America for the last time on August 1,2008.

In the listing they show a manifold Gage set with two gages, Three charge hoses, Red, Blue and Yellow and 2 quick couplings, Red and Blue. They sent 1 hose and a gage Not even close to what they show in the add. The link does not work now But I have a Picture of what they show and what they sent. They are completely different. I would never have ordered this if they had shown the item they sent. They should pay return shipping because they were not honest in the add. Bait and switch. Here are pictures of the add and this is what they sent.

Shop.com is really a vendor marketplace made up of any company that is offering products for sale. You don't actually purchase anything from shop.com. It's just a 'middle-person' and not a good one.

Chances are if you order something, you'll get no communication about delivery time or whether there's a delay in ordering. You just have to wait, and eventually your item is delivered.

Some of the products are 'generic' brands that are of suspect quality. They may be OK, but there isn't much description of what you're planning to buy, which raises issues of trust.

I am a seasoned on line shopper. Doing business with Shop.com was a pain in the neck. Never again will I go to shop.com Trying to return a pair of shoes was a nightmare. I had to call them twice about getting a return auth number - then when I went to return the shoes it costs me nearly $10. I will never shop using this service again. Make sure that you can return the item(s) for either free (like Zappos) or for a minimum. Never again!

This site was one of the early forerunners of shopping comparison sites. Is it unique? No, but it is valuable. Frankly, I usually research through this site for consumer items that I don't want to spend an inordinate amount of time in brick and mortar stores. As with many portals it generally will lead with the pricey items, initially. It's strength is that it's linked and partnered with a huge number of retailers -- more than many other shopping online comparison sites. I have purchased items through the site, no problem. However, keep in mind that one is generally ordering through one of their partners; their shipping can be pricey, though I've heard they are reviewing this and developing new policy. Also, it was the innovator of one-shop carts, I believe. One can find bargains, though it may take some time and research.
