I ordered in May 2023, it is now almost August 2023. Attempted to email SHOP on several occasions. No response! They took payment immediately in May and again in July….please help
I have deleted my account taken all my credit cards away from this bad company yet they still email me about a package they think was delivered that never arrived. Do not give this company your information… they abuse the access to all your accounts and then will not delete your account
I thought I was getting everything with my order?, I only received the screen, no projector!, very dissatisfied!
Simply based on how I learnt about shop I will never do business with them. I made a purchase with a genuine on-store, and the first "confirmation of dispatch" turned out to be from Shop. I failed to clearly read the "from" address for the email and was drawn to the large font wording encouraging me to track my purchase made with the genuine store. What Shop wanted was for me to download their app for tracking, which turns out to be a portal to their own online store. Being "tricked" at this level gives me no confidence for any further involvement with Shop. They are simply tricksters, and maybe scammers.
You get a notification when it's processed, then when it gets to the hub…. That's when the ball is dropped. It's shipped and delivered all in the same 10 minutes
I have had the worst experiences with this company and honestly the next package I order says it's being delivered by shop I'll cancel my order and purchase elsewhere! Anyone that does NOT use shop delivery service
Purchased a nice pair of shoes for $120 and they refused the return even though they were returned in the condition sent. I have been emailing them now for 3 months with no luck. I am now going through my bank to dispute the charge, as I sent the shoes back and no longer have them.
It says shipped on the website but has it actually been shipped? Are they going to scam me? It won't let me access my order to see where it is either
I would give this a no star rating if I could. Picture showed the old Chergui that I wanted. Order the product and received the newest version of the perfume. This is bait and switch to me because the newer version picture is available and knowing the older one is sought after is reason to put the older photo up. Be careful when ordering for any older product when a new one is out. This in not a creditable organization at all since this is one of your business practices.

I bought some stuff from a BBQ store in Texas through the Williams Sonoma site. Never saw any of it and this company has no customer service. My thoughts are screw them and I bought it again and had them ship it. I think the store learned a lesson and went these jokers go belly up perhaps they will also
I love the smell and texture of the shower gel. Its very smooth after shower. Seems like i no need to apply lotion anymore
I ordered a tv from them then I was told that they were sold out so they canceled my order and was told it would take 3 days to get my return then I check with my bank and was told they don't see a voided transaction.
I tried calling service number but sent to email address instead! Emailed my Name, address, phone number, order number, date ordered & tracking number! All this & yet these people couldn't find my order! Oh yeah they'll take your money just don't expect any help!

I bought hinges from this company and they sent me clamps and when I got back to them to get a return mailing slip they made me pay for the shipping and the lady was very rude on the phone I highly don't recommend this company because if you have a problem you're going to pay for it
I like it that it's organic. I like the smell (which is very light) and the consistency of it. I would recommend it.
Shop.com has some of the best support products for your health that you can find anywhere. Because they are a brokerage, they work with the best manufacturers that have superb patents, like their Isotonic Resveratrol. It has 3 patents in it! Resveravene, BioVin, and VitaBlue. An in vitro study showed that Resveravene was more efficient on SIRT-1* activation, therefore may have a positive effect on life span extension. And the product is isotonic!
I ordered 2 wigs 1 long 1 short took 3 months and 15 emails now I have 2 identical wigs both long blonde. I suggest u go to a wig shop and purchase in person this come from China and really Is horrible, when it takes 15 emails u know it's a horrid company but they take your money in 10 minutes or less. Grrrrrr
It took two months for them to ship me my order and both of the wigs that I got are exactly the same and neither of them are what I ordered this website is terrible save yourself the time in the hassle and don't order from them
I ordered the wig on 2/9/21 and still haven't received it I wish there was a way that I could request a refund back after hearing these reviews and to think that I found a place to purchase my first wig and then to. Expect the worst when it does come what a bummer damn I can't even reach them to track it either what people will do to burn you. I didn't know that they were in china till just now from these reviews and to the cancer survivor I'm sorry you had to go through this but just know that kharma doesn't care what race you are and theyre going to get theirs but ten fold spread the word on how bad they are to as many as you can
