I purchased a metal garden feeder from shop-rosemary.co.uk for about $51 based on the product description and images shown on the website.
The item I received was extremely thin and lightweight and, in my opinion, did not match the quality suggested by the listing, including the wording "heavy-gauge iron." It was shipped directly from China.
After receiving it, I found what appears to be the same product on AliExpress for less than $15.
I contacted Rosemary and requested a full refund. I was first offered a 30% refund and later a 50% refund while keeping the product. I declined both offers because I believe the product received was materially different from what was represented.
I also asked whether Rosemary had actually inspected the product before it was shipped or whether it was being dropshipped directly from a supplier, but I did not receive a satisfactory explanation.
Based on my experience, I would not purchase from this website again.
