The shoes were exactly what I ordered and arrived quickly. I would definitely use them again. I have bought two pairs of shoes on different occasions and have not been disappointed with the service.
I had an excellent experience with shoespie.com. My order came right on time and I had no issues with returns. The process was easy and efficient.
Giving 1 star since that's the lowest option available. Very disappointed with the delays the company can make. The prices are exorbitant to be a spam. Ordered Sandals more than 4 months back and I haven't received them yet. Firstly, the package was shipped after a month from order date and then it got lost somewhere. After a thread of email to the customer service, I was asked to pay for shipping again. Now, the second shipment is not on the correct address. I don't think I would ever get what I ordered.
I was browsing online looking for a VANS wallet. Only to find out that I would have to pay shipping cost plus tax on their actual website.
I had a really good experience with shoespie. I ordered some boots! They fit perfect and are exactly what I expected. I read some reviews that people think they have gotten used shoes in my case that didn't happen they were brand new. Also the shipping was awesome. Nordstrom has always been the best shipping in my opinion but shoespie was just as good and on top of it getting here fast it was free and living in Alaska I don't get a lot of free shipping.
I ordered my wife two pairs of shoes on March 5, for her birthday on March 20th. I have not heard anything in reference to my order since I made it besides a customer service person's chat a few days after making the order. All they said was that they have the order and the shoes should be on the way in a few days.
Here it is 18 days later and nothing
I ordered a pair of heels before valentines day and I'm just getting them today (3-23-16). The box was in horrible condition. The color of the shoe was way off from the pictures. The sole was already peeled when I got them. Before they were shipped out I emailed them twice and no reply. When I emailed them the second time stating I wanted a refund because they haven't been shipped, the next day they hurried up and sent them out. Smh.

With the same generic response they give to all their customers.
I shop online a lot this is the worst customer service and business

I placed an order back in February before Valentines day of 2016 and it is now March 22 and I have not yet received my order. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I have Never had to wait so long for an item to be shipped. Would not recommend ordering from this company. Never will do it again!

Every time I have a reason to interact with shoespie they impress me. Their customer service is exceptional. They go out of their way to make sure that you have the best experience possible. I always receive my orders on time, never a problem returning an item. I wish more companies valued their customers as much as shoespie does.
I have used shoespie.com for over 2 years and they have NEVER disappointed me. I hate filling out these forms but shoespie.com keep me wondering why other companies can't provide service even close to them. Microsoft in the late 80s and early 90s used to have a similar commitment but now they just are another large company sucking consumers dry. Apple has provided me excellent service in recent years and for a large company they are doing pretty good. So, where are they rest of the companies that care about they customers. Thank you.
These guys are great--the pay for shipping both ways (including returns) and make it super easy. If you order a lot like I do, they even overnight you the items. Great selection, prices are ok. Love them.
After ordering shoes with this company I cancelled the order 8 hours after the initial order. Their website states that if you cancel within 12 hours you will receive a full refund. Let me tell you this is not the case! They have not responded to my requests for a full refund and despite cancelling the order within the specified time they still have my money! I have emailed 10 times and just receive the same automated response. Then they reply on here to make it look like they are responding to a bad review, promising that your email is being dealt with and that they have corrected the refund and THAT IS NOT TRUE, They do nothing and ignore EVERY attempt I make to contact them! THIS IS A SCAM and they take your payment and don't want to know after that! PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DISGRACEFUL BUSINESS! Now wait and see what they reply to this, telling everyone looking that's it's in hand and being sorted. They will ask for my order number even though I have sent multiple emails including it requesting my REFUND

I have my order in 1-2 days, FOR FREE. And when I returned something it could not have been easier. I actually ordered 2 colors of something because I couldn't decide. Then returned one with great ease.
I still havent recieved my two pairs of shoes i ordered. It's going on two months and yet no shoes. Im very upset and about to contact mycredit card company. I never had an issue like this. No tracking number at all. I will never place an order from them EVER! I want my shoes ASAP! Or my money! First order #******* and order # *******

Love, love, love your website. I buy nearly all my shoes off of here. I love the variety and brands you stock. I think the video showing a model wearing the shoes is super helpful and I often use it to determine whether I will buy a pair of shoes I'm looking at. My only suggestion for improvements, would be to offer a cheaper shipping option for international customers. I'm based in New Zealand and while I love how quickly deliver my shoes, sometimes the shipping cost is almost as much as the shoes I'm looking to buy - resulting in me not ordering them! It would be good to include an economy option as well as the quick option.
Answer: No... I NEVER received the shoes I ordered. I paid via paypal. Thus, I filed a complaint and requested a refund. Believe the REAL reviews by the real consumers. Some of the reviews that are positve were written by the employees. You can tell by the grammar. Do not invest your hard earn money in a company that obviously does not deliver the product that is advertised. Buyer Beware!

Claimed their shoes where original, made per or to order. After months of waiting, im finally told. Its out of stock. The choice is up to you, i dont mean to discourage anyone.
