I PLACED MY ORDER A MONTH AGO AND STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ORDER. SENT 4 MESSAGES NOW THAT I SENT 4 MESSAGES THE ITEM SAYS SHIPPED BUT I STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED MY BOOTS.
I ordered my shoes on Dec 17th. It is now January 26th and I still have not received them. I had to call and find out why it was taking so long but ofcourse that didn't help because I still didn't get my pair at a reasonable time (I still haven't seen them)
I have NEVER experienced such lack of care and accountability from any retailer before until I came across shoespie. I will NEVER order from them again.

I bought one pair to try and absolutely loved them so i bought 4 more pairs and 4 pairs of heels! They are great but the website could use some work to make it more user friendly.
It's the time of the year and I needed boots and Shoespie had a good deal going. I easily found what I was looking for - very self-explanatory. I have been a member since October and the selections given by the style expert were awesome. Also, the quality is great and I love it.

Really a super online shoes shop. I can find all kinds of wonderful shoes here, stiletto heels, platform heels, wedge heels, snow boots, casual flat shoes and so on. Wow, just love it... Enjoy...
Cannot get the return address from them. Been trying since before Christmas. They just keep sending form e mails. 5 pairs of shoes were ordered in Nov. Only 1 made it for Christmas. 1st were damaged in shipping. Sent from China in only the shoe box, no packing. Shoes looked nothing like the picture. Very cheap and very high. Very cheap stripper shoes and ugly. Second pair are 2 different sizes but marked with the same size. 3rd pair that were $75.00 looked nothing like the picture, are stop a clock ugly and very cheap. The 4th pair are ok for jeans but nothing to write about. Customer service in terrible. Will not answer direct questions. Will not supply a RTV and return address. Their site tells you 100% happy or money back. Good luck. They don't state what year you might see a refund.
AGAIN, BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK. YOU MIGHT GET LUCKY.
