Don't order from shoebuy unless you have UNLIMITED time to wait for your order. When you place an order, it apparently goes into a black hole as they can't give you any status or any feedback as to when it might ship and how long it will take to get it. There is no expedited shipping available. What other mail order vendor do you know that can take up to 3 weeks to get you your product. My wife and I are leaving for Europe and, I guess, our order will be delivered to an empty house. Shoebuy reps are not helpful at all. Their attitude when you have a problem caused by their inefficiency is "that's tough - we could care less".

I have ordered from here a few times and their prices are a little cheaper than the stores. I have never had a problem with returns and replacements either. I recommend them!

I ordered a pair of shoes from shoebuy.com and I ordered it in a size 8. When the shoes came they were too big so I called customer service and they lady I spoke to was very rude and apparently had messed up my order because I had wanted to exchange them for a size 7.5 but they sent me a size 8.5. When I called the customer service back they were extremely rude and said I have to get a refund for the shoes. It also takes weeks for the shoes to be mailed. I HATE shoebuy.com

I have spent over $1,000 at SHOEBUY PRIVATE EVENTS in the past. I had an issue about 3 yrs. Ago when they sent the wrong sized shoe. They were horrible to deal with, but finally refunded the re-stocking fee as it WAS their fault. Recently I ordered 6 pair of shoes and 2 of them were definitely defective. I returned 3 pair and expected to pay one restocking fee. They are now trying to charge me for the 2 defectives shoes as well. I have pictures and have showed them to friends and they are appalled that they were even sent out to ANYONE. I emailed them about this and have yet to receive a response. I did mention that I would be contacting the BBB and Massachusetts Attorney General's Office about this situation, as well as my credit card company. This is the LAST time I will purchase from them. It's not worth the hassle.

I was a very loyal Shoebuy customer for many years. Last year I needed a pair of shoes for a specific event, so I ordered a few pair to see which would work best... one pair, the most expensive, looked as if they had been returned by someone else, but I ignored that fact and tried them on. They were too tight so I put them in the box to return them. Thought i had a year, so when I finally got around to returning them, I thought i missed the boat and put them on, thinking i could stretch them... but when I went to a mirror to really look, I noticed a defect that looked ridiculous and really bugged me. There was no way I was paying $100 for these shoes! So I called and sent them back at my own expense. They had the unmitigated audacity to send me an email accusing me of wEARING them and would not accept the return.
Any company that is willing to call a loyal customer who has spent at least a grand on their site a liar is not worthy of anyone's business. I will NEVER, repeat NeVER give them my business again. Wish i could show you a picture of these shoes!

I WOULD STAY AWAY! THEY ARE OBVIOUSLY UNETHICAL!
They do not ship on the same day and they sent me the wrong boots too. I got black boots with black fur instead of white fur. I decided not to return since I really needed the boots for the snow, but they never posted my review about their mistake! I agree that they only post positive reviews which is misleading customers about their service. STAY AWAY!

I have hard to fit feet! I ordered shoes. They didn't fit. Shoebuy took them back no problem. I ordered different shoes and could tell that I would like them if they were half size smaller. I returned these NO Problem! Was given quick reply to 2 different emails and they were extremely friendly and helpful. My responses came from 2 different people in customer service and both were great! I'm sorry for the people that had difficulties but they are so very far from the treatment I received for delivery time, return requests, free shipping both ways, price of shoes, and overall shopping experience. In fact, I don't bother shopping elsewhere anymore.

I called to check on an order of shoes I placed 3 days ago. Customer service rep distracted, snippy, and for some reason hard to understand despite not having an accent. Can best be described as talking so rapidly & muttering - or maybe she doesn't want to be pinned down on how long the order can take. I asked her to repeat herself 3 times & still have no idea the time frame to expect.
She did say "Well we just got that order." It was placed on the first of february, hasn't shipped yet and it's the 4th today. Had I been able to find that pair of shoes on Zappos - they would be at my house right now, not sitting in your warehouse across the country. Never again.

My experience was not too bad but I can not recommend them to anyone. I submitted several reviews on there site and not one was ever published. I wrote them and got half hearted sorries and replies. I followed all the guidelines and they could never tell me why my reviews were not published. My thoughts are they do not want to publish anything that is not fully positive. In my mind I do not want to shop at a business that does not want to be fully open about their product. I felt like the item I purchased was sub-par and possibly even fake.

Customer service is terrible. Phone waits are long, when you do get through they lie about shipments and have no apparent knowledge of their stock.
I ordered a wallet from them. They shipped the wrong one and I was assured that the next order would be correct. Guess what, same thing again. I emailed customer service 5 days ago and still no response. Stay away from this company.

Ordered a pair of nice boots, the Lugz Jam II 'BLACK'... they sent me the wrong shoes! I sent them back, now I see on my bank statement they are charging me for another pair of boots, and by the e-mail statement, they are the same 'WRONG'; boots; I sent them to began with... and they are RECHARGING ME $59.95! I'm trying to catch my bank in the morning to cancel this order. Wish I had read the reviews on this company before I ordered these shoes. This company is either a 'BIG', rip-off; or they have some very incompetent people working there! Either way, I will never order from them again, be fore-warned... THEY ARE A RIP-OFF!

DO NOT BUY FROM OUTLET TO BUY. The site may be a legitimate website offering low prices but the owners are completely dodgy. It is a SCAM. I ordered shoes two months ago - never arrived. Was even given tracking number but australia post never heard of it. Was then promised a refund minus the postage costs NEVER happened and now they won't return emails. Now trying to get help through DFT and VISA

This business cheats customers by listing items they no longer have in stock at a lower price. They will then send you wrong items, make you send those wrong items back for a refund that takes forever to process. I wonder how they are even in business with so many complaints with BBB and so many negative reviews? Don't trust them with anything

On 11/10/2011 I sent a payment of $199.95 USD to Shoebuy.com, Inc for the order # ******* "Men's Timberland Classic 6" Premium Boot, Item #: *******" via PAYPAL. Some weeks later, I had a call from DHL agency in Athens informing me about my obligation to pay 100 Euros for the taxes plus 90+ Euros as their fee for the clearance procedure. When I denied, asking from them to ship the parcel back, the man on the phone was heard to happy to accept it and, as he said, to "let the shipper know". Ever since, I had no news about, feeling grateful for DHL and Shoebuy.com. As anyone can imagine someone except me is wearing this pair that I paid for.

I have purchased from this company for many years now and I have really appreciated the free shipping even on returns. I live in an area that doesn't have many stores so when I need shoes it can be a long drive to a town where one can find the styles, brands and sizes available to be able to find the right shoes. I have had great luck getting what I need at an affordable price that includes no shipping charges on top of the sale. Customer service is always pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this site for any shoe needs you might have.

"BEWARE!

"BEWARE! I wish I could give them a rating of a NEGATIVE 10 stars! They advertise free shipping and free returns, but if you ever return an item and try to order from them again - WATCH OUT! I ordered some shoes, but then received an email stating they could not process my order until I contacted them. I called them, and I was told that because I had returned previous orders, they would not process my order unless I agreed that anything I ordered could NOT be returned (not even if I paid the shipping fee)! So, I cancelled my order because I will NOT buy shoes unlwss I can return them if they don't fit! I recently got my credit card statement, and noticed that Shoebuy still charged my credit card for almost $300.00! It's been almost 1.5 months since the order was placed and cancelled, but the charge was never refunded. So, even though Shoebuy refused to process my order, I cancelled the order 1 day later, and no shoes were ever sent to me, but they still charged me! Basically, they stole $300.00 from me by charging my credit card fraudulently! (Good example of why you need to review all charges on a credit card)
I called them at 3:30 pm on a Friday, only to be told the billing department was closed and they will review it on Monday. After pushing to speak with a manager, I was eventually told that they would process a refund immediately (hopefully that will happen, but I'll see - it's been 8 hours but there's still no pending credit on my credit card).
My neighbor also placed an order with Shoebuy. She went out of town for a long weekend (4 days). When she got back, she had an email from them to call. She called them and was told they cancelled her order since they did not hear from her. Upon trying to place the order again, the shoes she wanted were no longer available!"
