The sweats and sweat outfits are cute but fit funny, too long in the crotch area. The dress clothes are very cheap material and low quality on the seamstress detail. They do not look like the pictures in the advertisement and there are defects in the fit such as seams sown crooked, buttons almost falling off, very cheap quality over all.
I have been waiting on my order since 2/1/23 and still have not received them yet

I chose size 9 which was a little bit tight when I wore it out. It has a good design and I'm just hoping the suede will last longer

I just subscribed and the first thing I noticed is that my boot was delivered 4 days later than what the email said.
The boot itself is not snug, so my foot is swishing inside. With my calves not pencil-skinny, the ankle area is loose and makes it not look so graceful when I'm walking.
It's an 8 and that's the size I usually get all my boots. I'm in Canada, so returning this will cost shipping plus the rate exchange will bring me less money back than what I paid. I really wanted to like this boot since it's pretty, plus the price was very pleasing.
I'll stay for another couple of months to see if I can get a better boot/shoe in the next batch.

All about six pairs between shoe dazzle, and shoe fab. The quality of the shoes are cheap. And they do not fit well and feel very uncomfortable.!

They look great! They fit me fine but I have a AA width foot. The sole is a bit hard when standing for a long time. I wore them for about seven hours straight to break them in. They didn't feel stiff at all.

My wife was in need of a new pair of boots after our new rescue dog chewed a few pairs of hers. I knew she liked purchasing from Shoe Dazzle so I thought I would surprise her with a new pair to ease the situation. Easy website to get around and delivery was quick. She was so excited when she saw her surprise. The first time she wore them out to dinner she literally got 3 compliments and I knew I made the right choice. I'll be shopping here for her often.

This is my first time ordering from shoedazzle as a vip member. I never got my order despite an email claiming delivery. I've called your customer care to complain and they've been no help at all. They don't know the carrier that is supposed to bring the package and its really messy. I am HONESTLY UNIMPRESSED

I am a VIP member but for the first time one of the shoes was very small. However, when I spoke to customer service rep they were great as they normally are but the fact that I have to print a label and drop it off is my issue.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
