I selected a 10 for a show size, and the order ended up being for an 11. When you call customer service they are so unpleasant and unhelpful. Wasted my time and energy for these people to tell me they cannot think outside the box to resolve a customers issue.

Loving these shoes they are so comfortable. Hi there! I have a few issues with your store. First of all, I can't return one of the shoes I bought ( flat white sandals) and I don't like them at all. You never showed on pictures what kind insole they have and it turned out to have a very bad quality material that makes feet sweat and slippery. Also you have some hidden option to become your VIP member and you took $49.00 from my credit card. I tried to chat with your customer service, but it took forever and I got disconnected. Your store could be nicer to customers.

I ordered a few items and one piece is still not here. It's been weeks and no communication. The site is not very user friendly- I have to call them? Terrible customer service- they should be contacting me- not the other way around.

I love this bag. The inside can hold a lot and I like that. My only issue is the chain handle. I feel it is too short and could've been just a bit longer. You can't wear it over your shoulder.

My experience with Shoedazzle has been great! They have the best looking shoe styles and members get discounts. When I have had a problem they always solve my problem and always make me feel satisfied afterwards. I would definitely recommend to a friend and it's just a top tier website. Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
