Shoes are big and bulky for my size. All of the sandals seems to be made oddly where it looks funny on my feet. The only reason I keep giving them another try is because they take the money out automatically. But I will be cancelling after I didn't my last 2 credits. The boots are fantastic though.
I had questions after I paced my order and the customer service rep was clearly outsourced and could not provide any answers. I have continued to reach out to Shoedazzle but have not heard back from them.

I noticed my package was going to be delivered to an old address. I contacted the shipping carrier, Pitney Bowes, and they referred me to ShoeDazzle. ShoeDazzle referred me to Pitney Bowes. I contacted the post office and was assured my package would be returned to sender. I received notification that my package was delivered to the old address. I went to the old address and the resident said no package was delivered for me. ShoeDazzle did not assist me at all with this delimma. I still have no package, no refund, nor a credit on my account.

I have had credit with showdazzle due to not canceling my Vip on time for years and have yet to find a pair of shoes that fit. They are always too big or too small no matter what size I buy. I don't want to cancel my account because I'll lose my money, so I'm trapped into waiting until something finally fits. And a lot of the shoes look cheap or something you'd wear to the club and so it's hard for me to find something that I'd actually wear.

I returned my heels because they did not fit. I asked just to exchange two of the heels and get a credit for the other pair. I haven't heard anything back and I haven't gotten my shoes or my credit. It's been like two weeks now.
