My rain boots were so much better than I thought they were going to be bold and sexy thank you!
I ordered a size 7 thinking it was in US sizing, since there was no label for the sizing and that's what I'm used to. It's 2 sizes too big and for some reason the site kept rejecting an exchange. It all worked out though; I gave it to my mother-in-law, they're super cute boots :)

I asked to cancel my subscription and the customer service rep harassed me with more deals. I continuously asked them to cancel my subscription and she refused! I had to call back and speak with someone different and they were pushy as well. I would have considered keeping my subscription if I wasn't harassed by your staff. Do better

Très mauvaise expérience avec vous, mais probablement que vous ne comprendrez pas ce message puisque personne ne parle français! Impossible de fermer le compte sur le site qui soit dit en passant n'est pas très clair dès le départ! Vous devriez être plus clair au sujet de l'abonnement VIP. De plus, lorsque j'ai réussi à fermer mon compte, vous vous êtes empressé de prendre un montant d'argent qui ne figure ni sur shoesdazzle ni sur justfab, donc un 70$ de plus que je considère comme rien de moins qu'un vol! Je ne recommande à personne votre site.

My only complaint is the boots I bought thinking they were white turned out to be more of a cream color but both pairs I got are super comfy!

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

Anytime you are not happy with your purchase, we encourage you to take advantage of our hassle-free 60 days returns and exchange policy (excluding items under the Final Sale as per promo terms). You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
