My boots said they were delivered and they were not. Once I filed to say they were missing an investigation was done and they said they determined that the boots were delivered. Then one week later I got a knock at the door with the package. It was strange.

Thank you for helping me get my account figured out. I would have liked to get my money back but now I have a new pair of boots and a blouse. Lol
This isn't really a complaint against shoedazzle more of a complaint against the company they use to deliver. After waiting since mid December for my delivery, a fee weather interruptions to my package missing a connection in what appears to be the city it needs to be deliver in they have lost my package.

This site seemed to be a joke the second I opened it. BUT THE DISCOUNTS ARE REAL! The shoes we also beautiful and were the actual shoes from the website. Obviously, I have trust issues; shoedazzle means exactly what they offer.

It seems that all my shoes make noise when I walk; meaning the heels/soles pop. They look nice, but I can do without the "chatter."

I was looking to reorder some blue boots because I wore out the last Nancy brand i got a few years ago. I couldn't find the same make and decide to go for this one here. These boots are very well made. The material is velvety and comfortable. Glad I bought it.

I ordered pants in an XXL. But they are definitely not that size. I still fit into the pants but they are very tight. This is unusual because usually I always order an XXL. Honestly, the subscription service is not that great. The items quality have never been that extravagant. And you were forced to use your entire credit on 1 item. I don't think anyone item on that website is worth $50 Canadian.

Answer: I was a good customer until they treated me so bad by not being a good business. I ordered a pair of boots when they arrived I tried on one boot not both and when I called to let them know I received two left feet they didn't give a damn! If you are looking for good quality for less try Zara or Aldo they stand behind they products and the quality and style of shoes are excellent don't waste your time with Shoe Dazzle they will definitely disappoint you on the end! Answer: Janet is right - call the number and verify and then make sure you don't get charged anyway. Happened to me as well.
Answer: This is a pattern with this company! This also happened to me after I canceled my account when I called they talked me out of it by crediting my account for 1 month then giving me 500 points. Don't fall for it you can find better quality shoes so many other places! Take the credit and run fast and don't look back! They don't deserve our business!
Answer: Until you purchase your first pair of shoes they will not charge you. Once you do you then have till the 5th of each month to skip. If you forget to do this then you will be charged the $39.95 monthly membership fee. If you choose to cancel you have to call CS and they will cancel. The CS is great and the shoes are good For $39.95 the quality is decent! Hope this helps!

You can exchange it for a different size/color, or you may also process a return for a store credit refund that you can use on your next purchase. It will be automatically applied to any VIP-priced item and may not be combined with any other offer, depending on the promo terms. You can process and print out your return label online by visiting the order history.
